We follow a systematic procedure to assess and recruit the best-suited candidate for the job adhering to the urgency of our clients’ needs.

Step 1:

Understanding and analyzing the clients need, the organization structure, work culture and the objective behind the position.

Step 2:

Getting the details on job responsibilities, personal profile required, and the attributes of the particular position. This helps us form a strategy to source the candidate.

Step 3:

Identification of industries, companies, market segments. After doing an extensive research a search strategy is formed based on which the hunt begins i.e. going through various job portals and our internal database to look for the potential match for the specific position. Potential candidates are screened as per the competencies required and then submitted to the client.

Step 4:

Feedback from the client is taken and accordingly the qualified candidates are arranged for interviews with the clients. Post interview feedback is taken to check on the status (closed). All the time keeping in mind the importance of having a backup strategy in place.
